South Side Flats welcomes cats and dogs. A one-time, refundable pet deposit of $150 plus a non-refundable pet fee of $350 applies per pet and a monthly pet rent of $20 per pet applies. A maximum of 2 pets per apartment and 50 lb weight limit applies.
